- Membership points expire in 1 year from the date of the purchase. Refund or extension is not applicable for expired prepaid points.
- Before the expiration date, if you top-up by purchasing more points, the expiration will all reset for another year based on the last date of purchase.

- Refund or extension is not applicable for free points, and cannot be exchanged into cash.
