Special Maker Space for Good Cause

Special Maker Space for Good Cause
Let's make and pray for Australia

Monday - Wednesday (January 20-22)
Pop in between: 9:30am-2:30pm
Please allow 1.5 hours to complete your project
Suitable for kids 3years+ and adults

Come for a special Maker Space this January. Your contribution will raise funds to help those affected by the devastating bushfires in Australia. We will be donating 100% of all sales made from this event to the NSW Wildlife Information and Rescue Service (WIRES) public gift fund. We’ve chosen this charity, as we believe in helping all creatures, great and small. Let’s all work together to help the endearing creatures of Australia that we’ve all come to know and love. Let’s join forces to show our love and compassion!

In this Maker Space, you will learn some fun facts about the beautiful country, try some popular snacks and create your very own Aboriginal inspired dot painting.

Lead by our guest Maker, Judy, mumpreneur of Calmbee Creations, the original no gap bibs and smocks. She will paint a picture of common childhood experiences with your taste buds as you enjoy a Tim Tam biscuit, fairy bread, and homemade sausage rolls. Let your imagination run wild and get in touch with your creative side to paint your own version of Australia’s iconic traditional aboriginal dot painting. A masterpiece takes time and patience so come with an open mind and be prepared to practice your patience and reap the reward of delayed gratification.

This is only a three-day event:
Prices start from NT350 (depending on the size of the canvas):
- Art materials including canvas and painting material
- A tasting plate of selected snacks
